Two officers appointed DGMs (Finance), NHSRCL

AVG Rao, DFM(Comp), South Eastern Railway has been appointed as DGM(Finance), National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), Vadodara and Padmini S Pillai, DFM, Western Railway, has been appointed as DGM (Finance), NHSRCL, Surat.  Both the officers belong to Railways.
