The UGC has constituted a fact finding committee to look into the girl student's suicide case at Fakir Mohan College , Balasore, Odisha. Professor Raj Kumar Mittal of IP University, Delhi and Member, UGC, to head the four member Committee. Prof Sushma Yadav, ex- UGC Member and Dr Neerja Gupta, VC, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad will be the members while and Dr Ashima Mangla, JS, UGC has been appointed as the Coordinating Officer.The panel will submit its report within seven days i e from July 15.
