Ullas Kumar, Deputy Chief Personnel Officer (HRMS & IT), Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) as Chief Manager (HRMS) at New Delhi for a period of five years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
