Umesh Balonda appointed Secretary, NCAHP

Umesh Balonda, who is presently serving as Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer (CSTE), Construction, Northern Railway (NR), has been appointed as Secretary, National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions (NCAHP), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoH&FW) for a tenure of five years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
