Umesh Sinha’s Jt. Secy rank gets upgradation to Addl Secy as extension
The Central Government has ordered extension of upgradation of the post of Deputy Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India, from the level of Joint Secretary to that of Additional Secretary, presently held by Umesh Sinha, IAS (UP:1986), for a period of one year beyond July 13, 2018.
