The Government of India has decided to convert the production units of Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) into seven Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSU) dealings in: Ammunition & Explosives, Vehicles, Weapons & Equipment, Troop Comfort Items (TCI), Ancillary, Opto-electronics and Parachute.
