Unlock-II: more to states and district administrations

Unlock-II is almost the same as its previous edition. Important relief is that training institutions of the Central and State Governments will be allowed to function with effect from July 15.  SOP in this regard will be issued by the Department of Personnel and Training. Night curfew timings are being further relaxed and curfew shall be in force from 10 PM to 5 AM. Final authority would be the state Govts and the district administration. They can relax or impose further curbs as per local conditions.
