Unlock – three, a mere formality

Though the County is eagerly waiting for the Centre's guidelines for unlock - 3 scheduled to be effective from August 1, 2020. But experts say the new guidelines will be only a formality because now states are taking lock down and unlock decisions in their respective states. The centre has given free hands to states. One has to wait whether the centre allows opening of cinema halls and metro trains. However, WB CM has already announced that the state will not allow the running of Metro trains, cinema halls be closed. CM, WB wants regular trains services be stopped in Bengal.
