UP CM directs action against NOIDA officials after SC ruling

After the Supreme Court's ruling on Emerald Twin towers, CM Yogi ordered a strict action against the NOIDA Authority officials accused in alleged irregularities in the construction of the towers. The Apex Court rapped the Authority and said the case  has revealed a nefarious complicity of the planning authority in the violation by the developer of the provisions of law, During the period of 2004 to 2012 about half a dozen IAS officers were posted as CEO, NOIDA. The case is related to the said period.
