It is now more than one month for the closure of UP - Delhi border. With the beginning of Lockdown - 4, Delhi govt has allowed inter-state movements. UP Chief Secretary UP on May 18 issued guidelines which says-apart from those travelling from red zones in Delhi to Noida and Ghaziabad, no else would be stopped. A detained order will be issued by the respective district administrations. Next day, Noida Administration issued guidelines refer to those travelling from Noida to Delhi only. DM has written to the state Government for clarity on inter-state movement. Ambiguity is that CS orders allowed entry from Delhi and DM guidelines allows entry from Noida to Delhi. Noida Administration is not issuing passes to all, resulting in a big jam on the border. Working people in large number are not able to reach their offices. One can hope this confusion likely to be clear soon.
