UP Govt bureaucrats promoting Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in a big way in US

Principal Secretary to Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh  S P Goyal, Joint Secretary of Overseas Indian Affairs of Ministry of External Affairs Dr Manoj Kumar Mohapatra alongwith Divisional Commissioner of Varanasi  Deepak Agarwal, Special Secretary to the NRI Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Arun Kumar  and  Consul General of India in New York Sandeep Chakravorty besides other dignitaries were in New Jersey, USA on July 19 to promote  Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) celebrations which are to be held from January 21 to 23, 2019, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
