Upadhyay takes over as DG, Naval Armament at Navy hq’s

P Upadhyay, INAS has taken over as Director General of Naval Armament (DGONA) at IHQ MoD (Navy). He belongs to the 1987 batch of Indian Naval Armament Service. He joined the Naval Armament Organization of the Indian Navy on July 12, 1989.
