Update RRS/SRs, DoPT tells to Ministries

DoPT has asked the Ministries and Deptts to update Recruitment Rules/ Service Rules which nave not been amended in the last five years. This is necessary for recruitment, promotion of officers and employees. DoPT Memo says that these rules should be reviewed once in five years.
