UPSC Chairman Manoj Soni resigns ?

The Chairman  of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Manoj Soni is believed to have sent in his resignation to the President almost five years before his tenure was due to end. It is said that Soni resigned from the post due to some “personal reasons''.
