Usha Sangwan appointed Addl. Director, Trident Ltd.

Ms. Usha Sangwan has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) of Trident Limited. Meanwhile, Rajiv Dewan – who was Non-Executive Independent Director of Trident Limited – has been appointed as Chairman of the company. He takes over from Ms. Pallavi Shardul Shroff, who has resigned as Non-Executive-Independent Director and Chairperson of the company.
