Uttarakhand Government reshuffles many IAS officers, Vinay Shankar is new Secretary to CM

The Uttarakhand Government has transferred many IAS officers. Accordingly, Principal Secretary Pankaj Pande will now hold PWD. Sudanshu has been removed from PWD and Dilip Jawalkar  is out of Civil Aviation department. Sachin Kurve is the new Prrincipal Secretary of Civil Aviation department. Virendra Chaudhary, who was Secretary, Urban Development will now look after Agriculture department. Also, Avikal Thapaliyal, who was DM, Nainital has been shifted to Haridwar, and DM, Almora Vandana Singh as been transferred to Nainital. Vineet Tomar is new DM, Almora. Vinay Shankar Pande, who was the DM, Haridwar is new Secretary to the Chief Minister. He will also hold the additional charge of Investment Commissioner. Manisha Pawar is new Chairperson of Revenue Board.
