Uttarakhand has no IPS officer of five batches
In Uttarakhand, one cannot find an IPS officer of five batches: 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994. Ashok Kumar , DGP belongs to the 1989 batch and he is the last officer of his batch. One cannot be surprised if the state finds a DGP of 1995 batch.
