Uttarakhand: Youngest Collector of the State

IAS Apurva Pandey, District Magistrate of the Bageshwar district is the youngest collector in the state of Uttarakhand. Born in 1994, Pandey belongs to the 2018 Batch of the Uttarakhand Cadre.
