V K Rao, ICS, will be 103 on July 15th

He is the oldest living ICS officer, and the only ICS officer in India to have reached that age. He was a Bengal cadre officer till 1947, then with Madras and Andhra cadres. He had been Chief Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh and was the Principal Secretary to the President of India.
