V Murali appointed Addl. Director, IHPML

V Murali has been appointed Additional Director, in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director, of Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Limited (IHPML).  Meanwhile, K Annamalai has resigned as Independent Director of the company.
