V S Tomar appointed Commissioner DDA

A reknowned technocrat V S Tomar has been appointed as Commissioner Systems. Mr Tomar is the first departmentmental candidate appointed on this post. First officer appointed on deputation in  on this post was Mr K J Alphonse IAS Kerala cadre in 1995. Minister of Housing and Urban affairs Mr Khatter is being appreciated for this decision as his act is being seen as the encouragement for the dedicated and hardworking staff.
