V. Thyagarajan who played key role in selecting TCS CEOs demits office

V. Thyagarajan, an Independent Director of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) who played a key role in drafting the succession plan of the company, has relinquished office. He was Independent Director of the company since September 2005 and played a significant role as a Board member. As a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Thyagarajan played an important role in ensuring the smooth transition of the CEOs of the company.
