VADM A K Jain assumes charge as FOC-in-C, Eastern Naval Command

Vice Admiral Atul Kumar Jain has assumed charge as the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief(FOC-in-C), Eastern Naval Command (ENC) from Vice Admiral Karambir Singh, at an impressive Ceremonial Parade held at the Naval Base at Vishakhapatanam .
