VB Vishwakariya, who is currently serving as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE) in Eastern Railway (ER), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and appointed as Additional General Manager (AGM). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
