Vellayan Subbiah is Chairman, CG Power and Industrial Solutions

Vellayan Subbiah has been appointed Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairman, while N Srinivasan has been made Managing Director of CG Power and Industrial Solutions. Besides, MA Arunachalam has been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while Shailendra Narain Roy, Sasikala Vardachari and PS Jaykumar have made as Independent Non-Executive Directors.
