Venugopala Sarma yet to be relieved to return to parent cadre

G V Venugopala Sarma, Chairman, National Authority  Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), who was given premature repatriation to parent cadre at the request of Odisha Government, is yet to be relieved. He is a 1986 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre.
