Veteran officers want retired Lt Gen rank officers as Addl Secys in MoD

Many Army veteran officers have suggested that all the Lt Generals and equivalent rank officers must be, after their retirement, appointed Additional Secretaries in the Ministry of Defence for better functioning of the Ministry.
