It was learnt that Vice Admiral Bimal K. Verma, Commander-in-Chief of Andaman and Nicobar Command who got superceded by Vice Admiral Karambir Singh as Navy Chief could have his reporting channel to the Chairman, Chiefs of Staff Committee (COSC).
