Vice Admiral D K Tripathi is new Commandant of INA

Vice Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, AVSM, NM, has assumed charge as the Commandant of Indian Naval Academy (INA) on promotion to the rank of Vice Admiral.  The Flag Officer is a specialist in Communication and Electronic Warfare.  Vice Admiral  Tripathi has also commanded the Eastern Fleet from January 15, 2018 to  March 30, 2019. He was Additional Director General, Project Seabird, prior to being appointed as the seventh Commandant of the Indian Naval Academy.
