The latest buzz is that Vijay Bhushan Pathak has also become a favorite of the CM for the post of Chief Secretary in Sikkim. He is a 1990 batch IAS officer. A 1987 batch IAS officer G P Upadhyay’s name is already doing the rounds. Sikkim CS is scheduled to retire on August 31.
