Vijay Kumar shifted from J&K to Delhi as Special Police Commissioner

Vijay Kumar, who is well-known for eliminating more than six hundred terrorists during his posting as IG, Kashmir range and awarded several gallantry medals, has been shifted to Delhi segment of AGMUT cadre. Vijay Kumar, who belongs to a 1997 batch IPS officer of this cadre, has been appointed as Special Commissioner. Presently, he is additional DGP, Law & Order in Jammu & Kashmir segment.
