Vijay posted in Banaras Locomotive Works

Vijay, who is presently posted on Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), has been appointed to officiate in senior administrative grade (SAG) and posted in the cadre on BLW itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
