Vikas Jain appointed CEO, Osiajee Texfab Ltd.

Vikas Jain has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Osiajee Texfab Limited. He succeeds Lalit Kumar Sarwar, who has resigned as CEO of the company. Meanwhile, Ms. Vibha Jain and Lokesh Goyal have been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) and Additional Director (Whole-Time) respectively of the company. Besides, the designation of Ms. Reema Saroya - who has been serving as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director - has been changed to Managing Director. In addition, Ms. Vidya Gawand has stepped down as Director of the company.
