Vikas Purwar gets posting as PCME/Project, ICF

Vikas Purwar, presently serving in Northern Railway (NR), has been transferred to Integral Coach Factory (ICF) and posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (Project), reporting directly to the General Manager. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
