Vikram Singh, IRTS, Joint Secretary (Ports & Shipping), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, has been appointed Part-Time Official Director on the Board of Directors of Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) in place of Satinder Pal Singh, IPS.
