Vinay Kumar appointed JS, HPSC

Vinay Kumar, formerly Deputy Chief Personnel Officer (Dy. CPO), Recruitment-cum-Chairman, Railway Recruitment Cell, New Delhi, Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to the Haryana Government as Joint Secretary (JS), Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) and Officer on Special Duty, Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), for a period of three years with effect from November 11, 2023. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
