Vinay Kumar Singh appointed as Director (Mining), HCL

Vinay Kumar Singh, GM, HCL, has been appointed as Director (Mining) in Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
