Vinay Kumar Singh to join as Director (Mining), HCL on Jan 1

Vinay Kumar Singh, GM, HCL, will be taking over the charge as Director (Mining), Hindustan Copper Limited on January 1, 2020. He will succeed S K Bhattacharya retiring in December.
