Vipin Kumar posted as AGM, Southern Railway

Vipin Kumar, who is presently serving in North Central Railway (NCR), has been transferred to Southern Railway (SR) and posted as Additional General Manager (AGM). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
