Vishal Kapoor appointed CEO, EESL

Vishal Kapoor, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power has been selected for deputation to Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a further period of three years. The tenure of deputation will be counted with effect from the date of initial deputation, which is September 10, 2015. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRMSE) officer.
