Vishal Ruparel appointed MD, Mehta Housing Finance Ltd.

Vishal Ruparel has been appointed as Managing Director of Mehta Housing Finance Limited. He has succeeded Chirag D. Mehta, who resigned from the post on April 1, 2021. Meanwhile, Anand Jagdish Chandra and Anand Dilip Ruparel have been appointed as Additional Directors ( Non-Executive Independent) and Anand Dilip Ruparel as Additional Woman Director (Non-Executive) of the company. Besides, Manish Amin and Ramniklal Dudabhai Sojitra have resigned from the posts of Non-Executive Independent Directors and Mrs. Bhavna D. Mehta as Non-Executive Woman Director of the company.
