Vishwanath Shanker moved as CAO (TT&BRU), Northern Railway

Vishwanath Shanker – who is presently working as Executive Director (Planning) in Railway Board – has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer (TT&BRU).  He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
