Vivek Kumar as PM’s Pvt Secy, choice of Dr Jaishankar ?

Vivek Kumar, the Indian Foreign Service officer of 2004 batch - Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Private Secretary appears to be choice of External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar as it will help both the PM and the Foreign Minister have smooth co-ordination between the staff of various Indian Missions and PM’s Private Secretary for scheduling PM's meeting with heads of States during any foreign visits.
