Vivek Mishra appointed CELE, NER

Upon being relieved from the post of Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) in Jhansi in North Central Railway (NCR), Vivek Mishra has been transferred to North Eastern Railway (NER) and appointed as Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE).
