VK Panjiyar appointed PCE, SER

Vijay Kumar Panjiyar - who is presently working as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) in South Eastern Railway (SER) has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
