VK Singh appointed in HAG

Vipin Kumar Singh – who is presently working as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCP) in North Eastern Railway (NER) – has been appointed in higher administrative grade (HAG) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
