VK Tripathi appointed Chairman, Sharad Fibres and Yarn Processes Ltd

Vinod Kumar Tripathi has been appointed as Additional Executive Director and Chairman on the Board of Sharad Fibres and Yarn Processes Limited. Meanwhile, Abhijeet Anil Kumar Umathe has been appointed as Additional Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Besides, Suchit Punnose has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Director while Parag Mehta has been made Additional Independent Director of the company.  In addition, Ms. Indira Bhargava has been appointed as Additional Independent Woman Director of the company.
