Warehouse Regulations, 2019 notified
With a view to streamline the procedure for manufacture in a Warehouse under Section 65 of the Custom act , a new Regulations have been put in place - Warehouse regulations-2019. This has been notified on June 19, 2019. The aim of these regulations is to give impetus to "Make in India".
