What is in store for Somanathan ?

Rumour mill says that Cabinet Secretary T V Somanthan  may be sent to Washignton as Indian Ambassador to US. One thing is certain that 1987 batch Tamil Nadu cadre IAS officer Somanathan  will certainly get an important  post retirement assignment.
