Anil Gopishankar Mukim, Secretary, Ministry of Mines, has returned to the parent cadre. Mukim, who belongs to a 1985 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre, is expected to be appointed new Chief Secretary with effect from December 1, 2019.
